IFIP Program Director
(Position is open until filled) Position Overview
The Program Director leads program design, content development, planning and delivery of high-quality programming, and develops a process to evaluate IFIP’s programs. Our programs include peer learning communities and working groups on Indigenous Territories, Indigenous Women, and Indigenous-Led Funds; a Learning Institute, and annual conferences. The Program Director will enhance the design, capacity, and delivery of IFIP’s programs to amplify Indigenous Philanthropy. The Program Director will engage and partner with members and other stakeholders to deepen and grow IFIP’s programs. As a senior-level position, the Program Director will cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with members, donors, peer funder networks, Indigenous Led Funds, and Indigenous Peoples organizations. This position will work in close collaboration with Executive Director, the IFIP team and will supervise the Program Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented and collaborative, excel at planning and overseeing programs to meet goals, and highly organized and responsive. A solid commitment to IFIP’s mission, social justice, equity, inclusion, and Indigenous Peoples’ rights is necessary for this role. More information on the positionHERE.
