Airport Transportation Information

Airport to Hotel Shuttles

IFIP is offering complimentary airport shuttles every two hours during peak arrival times from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Enashipai Resort on February 16th and February 17th and early in the morning of February 18th.

NOTE: Shuttle pick up is based on availability at peak times.
If your flight arrives off-peak please consider the private transportation option.
Please fill out the sign up forms as soon as possible to make the appropriate arrangements for your transfer.

 

Late Arrivals: For those who are arriving late at night and wish to stay overnight near the airport, you may stay at an airport hotel of your choosing and return to the airport on the 16th or 17th to take the shuttle to Enashipai. The Hilton Garden Inn (provides complimentary shuttles to/from the airport)

Hotel to Airport Shuttles
Shuttles will be provided from Enashipai Resort to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport after the closing session on February 20th, February 21st and on February 22nd for those attending the site visits on the 21st.

Additional details on shuttle departure times will be provided at a later date. Please submit your flight details using this form to sign up for the shuttles to and from the airport.

Private Airport Transportation
Attendees arriving/departing outside of peak shuttle days/times can arrange private
transportation at their own expense.

Private Car Total cost per ride
Sedan (up to 4 passengers) $110.24

1. Email admin@enchanteddevents.org to book.
2. Include your flight arrival and departure times
