Scott Sullivan (Taa-laa-wa Dee-ni’) is a citizen of the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation with over 14 years of experience supporting Indigenous communities through governance, finance, and organizational operations. His work centers on strengthening Indigenous self-determination, community-led systems, language revitalization, and cultural lifeways. As Vice President of Operations at the International Funders for Indigenous Peoples (IFIP), Scott builds operational and financial systems that support Indigenous-led movements and a global philanthropy network. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation and on the Self-Governance Advisory Committee to the Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs, advancing Indigenous sovereignty and ethical resource stewardship.
