This regional comparative report discussed the implementation of four rights included in ILO Convention 169 in six Amazonian countries. It has been elaborated by COICA with the support of Derecho Ambiente y Recursos Naturales – DAR (Peru). The report, which is the first of its kind, is promoted by the indigenous peoples themselves. It reports on the normative framework of four rights: prior consultation, territory, health and education in six countries: Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela.
